Lenten Outreach Opportunities
Our Daily Bread Casserole Ministry
Casserole Drop-off & Delivery Dates: March 10 & April 14 | 8:15am | Front Plaza
Community Casserole Making: March 30 | immediately following the 9:15am Mass | Parish Center
On the following weekends, we will be collecting the four most in-need food items for the GEDCO CARES food pantry.
March 15 & 16
March 22 & 23
March 29 & 30
April 5 & 6
The items needed will be communicated in advance of weekends and posted on drop-boxes in the narthex.
In addition to the most in-need items, CARES collects donations of non-perishable food items year-round.
Collection baskets will be available in the narthex for contributions.
Loaves & Fishes Blessing Bags
Loaves & Fishes Meal Preparation & Distribution Ministry Dates: March 23
Prepare a Blessing Bag with essential items to be distributed to those in need in Downtown Baltimore by the Loaves & Fishes ministry.
Bags will be distributed after Masses or available for pickup at the Parish Center beginning the weekend of March 8 & 9.
There will be drop-off boxes located in the narthex for completed bags.
Bags must be completed and dropped off by noon on Sunday, March 23
Center for Pregnancy Concerns Baby Bottle Drive
Help us support the important life-saving work that the Center for Pregnancy Concerns does at 328 Howard Street, Baltimore.
Donations can be made through the following mediums:
Baby Bottles Pick up a baby bottle from the narthex on the weekend of March 15 & 16 to fill with loose change, cash, or a check. Return your filled baby bottle to drop boxes in the narthex on the weekend of April 5 & 6
Pink Center for Pregnancy Concerns Envelopes CPC envelopes for cash and / or checks will be available at the entrances to the cathedral on the weekend of March 15 & 16. Envelopes can be dropped in the collection basket or dropped off to the Cathedral Parish Center.
Online Donations can be made online using the QR code attached to the baby bottles or via the website (www.cpcforhelp.org/Cathedral)
Baby bottles must be returned to boxes in the narthex the weekend of April 5 & 6. However, contributions may be made by cash, check, or online donation until Monday, April 21st.

Service & Stations (for High School Students) * Friday, March 7 & Friday, April 11 | 5:15pm | Parish Center
High school students are invited to work together to prepare casseroles for the Our Daily Bread ministry and to attend Stations of the Cross to offer up those we serve and one another in prayer.
Parishioners of all ages are invited to paint ceramic bowls to be donated to the St. Vincent de Paul Empty Bowls event for auction. Proceeds will go to St. Vincent de Paul, Baltimore serving those in need in Baltimore City.
