Do you know a man or a woman who would be a great priest, religious sister or brother, or deacon?  Sometimes a man or a woman needs the encouragement of others who see something in them that they might not see in themselves or that they are afraid to admit.  

“But how can they call on Him in whom they have not believed?  And how can they believe in Him of whom they have not heard?  And how can they hear without someone to preach?  And how can people preach unless they are sent?” (Romans 10:14)

Gracious and loving God, help the men and women of our parish to hear the call to serve in the Archdiocese of Baltimore . Our needs are great and our people thirst for your presence.  Open the hearts of many, raise up faithful servants of the Gospel, dedicated, holy priests, sisters, brothers, and deacons, who will spend themselves for your people and their needs.  Bless those who are serving now with courage and perseverance.  Grant that many will be inspired by their example and faith.  We ask this through Christ our Lord.  Amen.
