Social Justice Ministry

The Social Justice Committee provides direct aid to people in need in Baltimore City and the wider community; endeavors to educate the parish on critical issues, to advocate for those in need, and to foster a community of Christian love and service.

Social Justice efforts take our faith in Christ into action. In an ongoing basis the community here at Cathedral of Mary Our Queen has been able to provide support to a wide variety of ministries in Baltimore and the surrounding area through the work of the Social Justice Committee.

As a faithful part of our community you are invited to share your gifts and be a part of the service we share with others. Our committee consists of the leadership of active social justice ministries. As a meaningful part in the mission of the parish our committee seeks to reach out to those in need in Baltimore City and the surrounding community. As part of our mission we also seek to educate the parish community on advocacy issues for those in need. Please join us. Get into your faith and get involved.
