Role of Stewardship Ministry:
Custodian to preserve and plan for use of resources and capital — financial, physical and human -to foster a vibrant and connected people and parish

Comments and Ideas:
• Human Capital - TEAM
     • Lists of who is here, better utilization of talents to engage, formulate concrete requests
     • Overcome barriers that create or perpetuate distance and aloofness
     • Design integration and inter-Ministry communication using Technology Committee
     • Enable and support outreach by other Ministries to Parish communities, e.g. Filipino, etc.
• Design Processes - How to...
• Ownership - clarify relationship and responsibilities between the CMOQ and the ArchDiocese
• Webcasts of Archdiocesan functions, especially for the kids to see what they cannot attend
