Cathedral of Mary Our Queen Jesus said, Before making a commitment to a service project, think about the variety of ways in which you can use your talents and abilities to help others. These activities listed below are some of the ways other candidates have chosen to serve within our community. Perhaps something on the list will help you decide the service you would like to perform. Remember that you must complete a minimum of 20 hours for your project. You can also click here to view the Service Guide, which includes information and contacts for opportunities with non-profit organization in the community. Opportunities

This Service Directory provides a listing of volunteer positions available through organizations in Baltimore such as Stella Maris, Village Learning Place, Our Daily Bread, Students Sharing Coalition, Garden Harvest, Animal Rescue, and House of Mercy. Each listing includes volunteer job responsibilities, hours, and contact information for each agency. Candidates may choose to discuss with their parents the possibility of organizing a canned good drive, book drive, or clothing drive in your own neighborhood or school to benefit your favorite charity. If you choose to organize a drive for your Service Project, please contact Amy Buttarazzi in the Youth Ministry Office to discuss logistics. | ||
