questions

What are sacraments and why do we need them?

The law entered in so that sin might increase but, where sin increased, grace overflowed all the more, so that, just as sin reigned in death, grace also reigns in eternal life through justification because of Jesus Christ our Lord.

(Romans 5:20-21)

Huh? Does this mean God actually wanted sin to increase?

But why did God not prevent
the first man from sinning?
