The Most Precious Blood of Jesus
Our Lady of Mount Carmel
The upper part of the window in this bay takes focuses our
attention on Our Lady of Mount Carmel (July 16). The saints
depicted in this section are connected to this Order.
The lower half of the window is dedicated to the Feast of the
Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ (which used to be celebrated
on July 1st but is now part of the celebration of the Body and
Blood of Christ on the second Sunday after Pentecost). The
saints in this part of the window had a special devotion to the
Precious Blood of Christ.
