The ceiling, which contains acoustical material to help the
sound is painted in warm red, green, and blue hues which enrich
the gray stone on either side.

Care was taken to ornament the
ceilings in the same contemporary manner as the structure
itself.
| Along the sides of the nave itself are the fourteen Stations
of the Cross. Carved on location in stone by Italian sculptor
Theodore Barbarossa, they are about seven feet in height.
Circling from the far left, these dramatic scenes spell out the
main events of Christ's sorrowful journey on Good Friday from
the judgement seat of Pilate to the borrowed tomb.
